Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping fees are based on order weight, dimensions, shipping method, and location. Shipping, if other than ground, is calculated and displayed prior the order completion. Multi product orders may be split up, depending on availability, at no additional shipping cost to you.
Is shipping on products free?
No, some companies claim free shipping, but it is just added to the product cost. We offer discounts on multiple shipment of products. If we can fit 3 of something in 1 padded pouch, we will charge only for 1 padded pouch. By not offering ‘free shipping’, we can offer ‘lower prices’.
Who do you use for shipping?
We use USPS for small items and FedEX for larger items.
How long will it take before I receive my order?

Can I check the status of my order?
Yes. Registered users can log in to their account to view the current status of your order and find tracking information.
Email / SMS Notifications
Will I receive a confirmation email following my order?
Of course. Upon completion of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation email, as well as SMS notification for those that request it.
If within a few minutes you do not receive a confirmation email / text and it is not in your Spam folder, then contact customer service at [email protected]dytek.com. Order status updates will be sent from this same email.
On the checkout page, tick the box for SMS notification if you would like to receive text updates.
I made a mistake, can I cancel my order?
If you feel you made your order by mistake and would like to cancel, please login in to your account or contact us immediately at [email protected]
Order cancellations must be made BEFORE order has been shipped. If your order has already shipped, you will need to read our Return Policy page for further instructions.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a used product?
No. Because of the nature of these devices, used products can not be returned to us. Merchandise that is unused and unopened can be returned, upon approval, within 30 days of purchase receipt.
