Redytek takes great pride in the quality and functionality of our devices. We use the best quality materials to make sure each and everyone of our customers has years of trouble free use from their Redytek device. When you receive your device, please take the time to thoroughly inspect the product. All of our products are shipped by us, from our warehouse. We take the utmost care in packaging to ensuring all pieces make it to you safely. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you notice any damage, defect or missing parts.
Contact us at [email protected] with a detailed description of the damages with attached supporting documents. We will require either pictures, video and other identifying info. Retain all packing material until problem is resolved. We will work closely with you to resolve these issues in the form of replacement parts, partial credit, exchange defective product for new one, or issue a full refund upon return of device and confirmation of damage. When returning a product that was damaged in transit, we will cover return shipping costs.
Returning of opened products is not allowed.
If you feel you made a mistake, unopened products can be returned within 14 days of purchase per following conditions:
- Unwanted item is still in original, upopened and unused.
The merchandise, including accessories, spare parts, power cords, and manuals, must still be in the original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging. No returns will be accepted if products come in a different packaging. All returned products must be free of dents, scratches, spots, and any other damage.
- Prior authorization from Redytek has been requested and received.
To request return authorization, please contact [email protected] The authorization will come with the detailed instructions on how to return unwanted product(s) back to the company. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
- An original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
Returns with original receipts will be refunded in the original form of payment. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a store credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt; the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded in the original form of payment.
If you changed your mind or simply made a mistake with your oder, contact us a [email protected] ASAP, and we will cancel your order as long as it is BEFORE shipping has happened. Please note all orders made before 2pm mst are handled that same day. If cancellation come AFTER shipping, the order will be processed as an unopened return.
When unwanted items are received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process and issue a refund. Please note:
- Returns are refunded to the original payment method. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a store credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt; the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded in the original form of payment.
- The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In addition, you will be solely responsible for the costs associated with shipping the unwanted merchandise back to us.
- Depending on the products returned, we may also charge 20% re-stocking fees.
Once the return is processed, you will receive an email with a refund confirmation. It may take up to 3 to 5 business days for your bank to show the return transaction on your account.
It’s best to be sure of your purchase and avoid returns. Our devices are built solid for decades of use. You will not be disappointed!
